Pre laminated Decorative WPC better known as Wood Polymer Composite has a decorative laminate surface that is attached at the time of manufacturing. A decorative laminate is added over the board surface to increase the aesthetic value of the surface by ensuring the look and feel is completely changes. This lamination also helps increase the board's resistance towards moisture, and the ability to withstand wear and tear.
Pre laminated boards are often found being categorized into following two types:
OSL or One sided lamination – A single side of the WPC is laminated, preferably the top surface, while the other side remains untouched.BSL or Both sided lamination – It differs than OSL since, both the top and bottom surfaces pre laminated at the manufacturing time itself. This makes BSL a costlier procedure as compared to OSL.
